"The aspect of the course that was most beneficial to me was doing the Penn-York Conference. It taught me the way that a paper should be organized and formatted so that it might be published." -- student evaluation
Penn-York Annual Undergraduate Research Conference
The Penn-York Undergraduate Research Association was founded in 2000 as an informal collaboration between colleges and universities in the north central Pennsylvania and western New York region to provide a venue where students could experience presenting and sharing their research at an academic conference in a friendly environment. It accepts papers from all disciplines and is a valuable resource to academic programs that have Senior Capstone or similar courses requiring formal presentation of individual work
